Week1
1.Read the course note. Research and write about a topic in the history of international law. E.g., you could write an important old case in international law or about the Louisiana Purchase or how the U.S. took over Hawaii. Choose any topic that interests you, and be as creative as you like in this course!

After looking over some the 100 ways that international law shapes our lives for about one hour, research and write about two of the ways. (See the Syllabus for details about the length, content, and grading of all assignments.)
