I’m trying to study for my Health & Medical course and I need some help to understand this question.
Some believe that measuring program effectiveness is difficult in faith-based organizations. With ‘faith’ being a major factor in faith-based human services, it is believed that it is difficult to measure ‘faith’ and its influence on services.
In your opinion, do you believe that it is possible to measure the effectiveness of a faith-based human service program? If so, how? If not, why not? In your opinion, what are the unique challenges in implementing an outcomes measurement plan in a faith-based organization?
