I’m stuck on a Business question and need an explanation.
think of a country you would like to work in, do business in,or visit. find out about the culture,using hofstede,s dimenions as a guideline. you can use variety of sources to accomplish this ,paticularly your school library ,government offices,faculty members,or others who have global experience. you would want to answer the following questions.
is the culture individualistic or collectivist?
is the power distance high or low?
is uncertainty high or low?
is the country masculine or feminine in its orientation?
is the time orientation short term or long term?
how did you arrive to your answer for the first five ?
how do this characteristics affect business practices in the country you chose to investigate
