RE: Week 5 Discussion 2

A great way to learn about members needs and issues are to poll and survey all of the members. This enables companies to find out how things are going and where they can improve. I feel that three ways to communicate and motivate channel members are to be honest in communications, be encouraging plus affirming, and being optimistic despite any challenges.
