Medical History : I consider myself a healthy person I only have allergies to chocolate, garlic, and I also have eczema. My dad have cardiac problems, but my mother is healthy and my grandparents too.
Dental History: I have four teeth with cavities, the last time I had a cavitie was when I was sixteen years old.
Social history: I don’t smoke, but I do drink alcohol socially one to two glasses of sparkling wine during the weekends, I don’t know how to cook I have a meal plan company that deliveries the food to my house every day is a healthy cooking company ( name of the company I will type it later*). I don’t like to eat pork, red meat, foods with red sauce, or things with a lot of condiments in it.
