You have been hired to help develop a training program for your organization/institution that includes the

following:

Onboarding for new employees centered on HR topics such as payroll, clocking in/out

where appropriate, company culture, emergency contacts, etc.

Compliance classes about sexual harassment, work safety, and OSHA standards

Proprietary systems used by the company

Protocols for communication

As part of this you will need to develop a Needs Analysis and settle on your learning methods and

models.
