One critic noted the worthiness of Lamar’s working winning the Pulitzer for “its complexity and sensitivity, its seductive confidence and unity, its dense weaving of the personal and political, the religious and sexual.”

For the final essay of the semester, compose an argument that discusses what Lamar’s DAMN teaches us about the human condition. What do we learn about each other and the world around us through Lamar’s art? Choose a specific direction and use lyrics from the album to support your ideas.
