Key responsibilities will include:

  • This position is part of a large, busy Service Desk and will expose you to a variety of user problems – mainly level 1 queries
  • You will be supporting a Microsoft environment – prior experience with Windows 7/10 and Active Directory is essential!

    • Mobile device management; Set-up and support users on their company mobile devices
    • Compliance; Drive compliance to Digital policy across the wider organisation through education and self-adherence.
